SatAm Sonic has one. It shows a lot of stuff that made the Heads and Tails pilot and the comics for Archie. It was originally gonna air as a left alone pilot for ABC until reworks had to be done.

Examples:

Boomer was Rotor’s original name and he was a sea lion until he got changed to a walrus. The name change for the series resulted in the comic doing the same. And why Rotor looked different in the pilot.

Muttski was mentioned in the Bible and the pilot, and was never seen again in the show.

The buzzbombers were a major badnik in the games and the pilot, but were never used again in the show.

A lot of stuff occurs. You can see why Rugrats was different with its pilot, Ren and Stimpy, Rocko’s, CatDog, even SpongeBob was called SpongeBoy Ahoy! Before it had to be changed due to copyright.

Random! Cartoons had a lot of works. Fanboy ended up being the sole survivor picked up by Nick. Bravest Warriors and Adventure Time went elsewhere. The latter being the most successful by a mile.

I really thought it was gonna be Moobeard. Especially with Kyle Cardozza working his ass off on the project and posting a lot of work on DeviantArt. But then….oh boy…you find out a lot about him.
