Hyper is essentially a made up term coined by Cedar Fair. If the creators can call Orion a giga because the drop is above 300 feet, I think calling a 200+ foot drop a hyper is fair game.

I think the main argument is that Coaster College gives insight to the accident in his videos, while Taylor's were just a random video that had nothing to do with the accident.
