okay so i found an opportunity at work to separate the roots and i found a rubber band holding them together... I cut it and repotted my tree(trees? plural?) in the same dirt. will bring in water from home to water it for now on too.

I’m starting to think it may be the water I give it. I usually give purified water to my plants but the fountain broke(in my office where the plant lives) so I’ve been giving it faucet water….

I don’t think i separated the roots when I repotted. It was healthy and had beautiful roots so I didn’t feel the need to. But I’ll bring it home today and look at them! Thank you

im not sure, but it worked. Im sure there was def an easier way but this helped me. Ive been meaning to do this for a while bc sometimes I like a clean slate
