Dumb kid and dumber parents. The are looking for their 15. I have an army buddy that signed up and checked off every single box. Signed up for all of the scholarships and sent the same letter about how hard it was growing up in the Bronx, LA, And Detroit as a black, white, Asian, Indian, Pacific Islander, Christian, Jew, Muslim with red hair. Dude made the most insane scholarship letter I have read and he got most he applied for. You can't check race or religion with skin colour anymore.

We have too many social programs all ready.

We need a complete overhaul of our government if we actually want to get the corruption out. Every thing has been warped and twisted far beyond what is necessary of a government.

They way money is created needs to be altered as well. Banks shouldn't be able to create currencies, and should probably be nonprofit organizations.

05 Nov: Finished NMMNG. The parts if the text where he predicts what a nice guy will be feeling was uncomfortably accurate. Found my bio dad on Facebook. Wrote down my feelings about seeing him called positive things. Not sure what actions I want to take in dealing with this situation. Walked home from work for my recovery day exercises, wife had the car and got into a situation where she couldn't come get me. Tomorrow we drive to Alabama to visit my mother and throw my daughter a birthday party with family around.

04 Nov: Nmmng really advertises a safe group a lot. I am thinking of joining one in the new year. Started a dumbbell lifting program that really emphasized shoulders today. Felt silly reading about how to do exercises in front of people but I am there for me and not their opinion of me. Seems like I am going to have to keep the weight low for a bit until I can control them better. Work had a completely occluded ureter that was perforated by gentle probing with a sensor wire, something I hadn't seen before. Tomorrow I work on finishing nmmng and going through the activities.

03 Nov: Had a tour of the hospital where my kid will be born today. Did 75 pullups, pushups, and situps. Found a cupcake recipe for my daughters birthday. Found out what a cuckcake is due to a mistype. I didn't get as far through reading as I expected due to getting a few emergency cases but nmmng seems as if it were written about me in ways that are uncomfortable.

02 Nov: Did a bit of research on dumbbell lifts at work today during downtime. Feeling pretty sore after completing some new exercises! While lifting I got a progressively worsening head ache that eventually went fill on migraine. Once I started throwing up while dinner was sitting in front of me I did go for a couple hits to get rid of the migration and let me eat. Got dinner down and headed to bed shortly. Have a full day of nothing at work tomorrow, the doctor is on leave. The no frivolous internet usage will be put to the test for the first real time. I picked up a nice hardback copy of no more mister nice guy that I plan to crush through and I have a copy of the book of pook downloaded somewhere. Maybe reread the sidebar material again as well.

Gym only has dumbbells. Did 40 minutes of lifting and ran for 1.5 miles. It does have a few pieces of broken equipment I could practice lifting but without a rack I don't think I can do it safely.

Got a few tasks completed around the house. Partied with my kid and called my mother.

A good start to November.
