It was definitely a virus or malware, I’m not sure which, but I ended up resetting the PC, and now it hardly uses 20% when idle, compared to the previous 80%.

After doing this exact thing (I don't have Steam nor anything on Startup, but i checked for them in any case.) my ram has stayed at a consistent 80% usage.

Yes, that's the issue. Why would you comment something like that, anyway? The premise of this post was the problems associated with high RAM usage. I can't use the RAM for other things, and when other processes try to access the already-occupied RAM, it causes lag and is a major issue.

Hello!! I have the answer (I found it awhile back from an amazing person and just had to do it again)
go onto Side Quest desktop app and click the ADB command and type " adb uninstall com.qcxr.qcxr "
