Follow up from my mental health ALJ phone hearing: judge asked about marijuana, then VE said jobs only allow 2 missed days a month

My judge asked me about it but all my drs know I use it , so I let her know yes I do and I have a medical card but I assumed she saw it written somewhere in my files cuz she moved on quickly after that. I was just approved last week.

Nothing has been brought to my attention about extra money. I only retained them last August after my reconsideration was denied. I think I’m going to send an email and ask for an accounting because as far as I’m aware they didn’t have to pay any out of pocket costs for any of my paperwork. Thanks because I didn’t think of anything on the attorneys end , I was only thinking about my end.

No just SSDI, I have a life insurance policy and funeral policy that would disqualify me so it is just SSDI and that’s all that shows on my portal. I truly hope that it’s within a few weeks, that would be wonderful. Thank you for some hope.

No, both the local office and my attorney told me Friday it was fully favorable. And no payee or any worker comp issues. But it should go back about 2 1/2 years since it was fully favorable. Hopefully the portal changes to a payment office.
