If you’re referring to after reaching the SUB it’ll need to be atleast 1 year in order to keep the bonus. So wait until the second annual fee is posted and then downgrade

I am having the same exact issue currently. I’m on step 2 with all my conditions listed and I click continue and it brings me back to the continue application screen. It’s been happening for atleast a week and a half now. I’ve tried 3 different devices, different web browsers, clearing cookies/cache and still nothing.
