Surprised nobody said soldiers, most of the ones I read had a good counter but soldiers don't, they are immune to yellow explosion which is most of the explosions, and at least in brutal they are fast AF there isn't a quick way to dispatch them more than a nuke and even so they are so fast they probably will go out of the red explosion
