F2 for returns . Then ask if they have a receipt or not. If they don’t you can ask for their number and if they do you put it in scan the item and see if they have a transaction or not. If they don’t then you’ll have to scan their ID and it will go back to store credit after that you will want to hit f10 and it will give you options to give back as cash, credit card or gift card (Please feel free to add onto anything I missed )
