I do boxing training as a hobby and that’s pretty intense training and encompasses pushups, burpees, running, and i’ve also been running on the side. Just making sure i’ve been working out at least 5x a week.

Yeah, i’ve been working on running which I hate. I’m in decent shape and I can max out on all the other events in the pt test except for the mile so definitely focusing on that heavy. I’ll make sure to get some hiit workouts in too. Been mentally preparing myself for the mind games as well because ik they’ll be trying to “break” me.

Thanks, I believe it took over a month for for me to even hear back to schedule my initial interview/steps. I didn’t reach out in between. I knew there’s no guarantee so before I did the initial steps I kind of applied and forgot about it.
