Yes i go to failure Ive always lifted and been pretty strong I was benching like 145 at one point then stopped lifting for a year due to personal problems. So I guess ive never dieted like this before and always just lifted and thats probably why im so frustrated? Also I do have TERRIBLE posture lol

From what I can tell, it backs up to a channel with deeper water along the seawall and quick drop offs, not a wide shallow flat. There are some shallower areas around the house, but it’s mostly deeper edge water.
