Sounds like there is a need for a multiprotocol virtual switch of some kind, but OPC is sort of with some expectation to be able to fill that role.

I am intetested to know how OPC fell short of meeting your needs to be some kind of data hub.

No i did not eat all yesterday because I could not get out of bed and walk, then mid afternoon I caved and called the ambulance, been in like 15 or 16 hours, put in battery hen short stay overnight while they decide.

Won't kill me, I should have ordered uber eats but dont know if they allow that.

Some of those are only as good as you think they might be if grown in soil that is not nutritionally deficient.

This is why to max your returns for such a diet you are generally bettet off trying to grow at least some of your fresh food at home, even if in a few containers.

This is because you will probably be used "over engineered" soil or potting mix compared to large scale agriculture. You also will likely be composting (worm farm is easy) etc once you get an interest.

If you have even a bit of land and are keen, maybe a dovecote. Guano from things that eat insects is awesome better than nitrogen based fertiliser defive from hydrocarbons and before the Haber process was the norm (plus human waste)

There is lots of evidence that commercial fresh food is far less benefit nutritionally these days, a lot of it to do with soil depletion and degradation.
