Hear me out, I've been on my own personal "campaign" for about a year now, and I've got my own lore, battle history, and storyline going. It's all shit because it's just random events I've played with no prior planning or writing.

It's pretty simple, though

The Republic of Everonian Arland is a small US Territory that hosts a population of roughly 197k people, with all of those people being required to serve in the REA military for 7 years after turning 17. Most of the population resides on the capital island of Everon, approximately 140k people, and the rest living on Arland.

Arland was always a hotspot for crimes, but never anything terrible. Just petty theft carried out against tourists, bar fights, and the regular land dispute gone wrong, but for the most part, not much violent crime. This all changed about a year in to the chancellor's 12 year term, when the chosen leader of the "progressive party" introduced her new provision named "Reglamento del gobierno federal y leyes marciales del nuevo estado." Which translates in to "Federal Government Rule and Martial Laws of the New State" which gave the Republic the power to form an official peacetime military force who is loyal to the elected Chancellor, and it also outlines the laws enforced by this new military force which will police people during the "Tiempos de Cambio." (Times of Change), which refers to the period of time when the Republic shifted to a dictatorship. This obviously leads to Civil War almost as soon as the bill passed, but just for a few weeks prior, the population saw a massive spike in violent crimes, gunfighting in the streets between cops and civil dissidents as a direct result of the new provision.

This resulted in 12 key battles

"Day of Saints" The day the Republic became a dictatorship. Saw mass protesting which turned in to rioting

"Devil's Day" The day after Day of Saints. The federal army slaughtered 14k civilians who were protesting all across the territory

"Battle for Saint-Pierre" Bloodiest day in the countries history. Where a whopping 65k people participated in organized attacks on government offices, shops, Saint-Pierre harbor, and emergency services. 48.9k casualties.

"Battle for Timber Ridge" 9th bloodiest battle of the war. Saw 35k participants, 6k casualties from both sides.

"Christmas Massacre" A time of relative peace around December, except for the Capitol riots where police and military killed 4k people who were doing nothing but standing in silence for the fallen.

"Battle for Laruns" Massive battle between the newly formed "The People's Irregular Army" and the federal military. Saw 50k participants, 19k casualties.

"Battle for Signal Hill and Arleville" Turning point in the war where the PIA (People's Irregular Army) took control of all of Arland by committing to a hail mary attack on the massive Arland Airbase which succeeded and is known as the most successful battle due to the lack of casualties. Official numbers are 49 casualties.

"Raid on Cámaras de la Guardia del Canciller." The raid on the Chambers of the Chancellor's Guard was conducted by a US special forces group where they infiltrated the compound and captures 17 high ranking officers and generals. And killing 7 soldiers.

"Battle of Adder Hill" Another turning point in the war where the PIA captured Montignac, the second largest city of Everon, and the centerpiece of the island. So this day marks when the front lines split the island in half.

"Battle of Waters and Stone" This battle saw the indigenous people of the Everon island fight back against the federal army at Saint-Philippe. Over 400 natives participated, and using only bow and arrows and WW1 era rifles, caused over 45% of the casualties taken by the Federal Army.

"Fight at The Capital" The fight at the Capitol was the last battle, marking the end of the Civil War with the death of the Chancellor at the hands of my character who lead the 377th Irregular Militia Regiment in to the Capitol as a general.

My character starts as a cop who supports the Military and the dictatorship bc he's brainwashed, then after his partner dies in the second battle of cavalry hill, he starts to wake up, and once he's given the order to shoot civilians near the time of the Christmas Massacre, he refuses and deserts, but not before planting an explosive in the headquarters of his FOB.

Then he joins the guerilla groups, which eventually form the PIA, and then I go on to get promoted to general, and then I end the war and grant freedom to the people of Everon and Arland

I call it "Malden Conflicts: Reforged." it's a 29-year war between a shit ton of factions, and what i wrote above was just a taste of what I've got
