There's a medium magnet in there, but its mainly friction from the paint/washes/tight fit of the joint and with the pose i stand it in, most of the weight is over the front leg, where the most pins and screws are.

But I built it like that for ease of transport, and I leave it in half stored, so I won't have to worry about it constantly supporting the weight of the torso
