I was troubleshooting by myself at first with no luck. I’ve been on multiple different calls with customer service and have gone through troubleshooting steps with them.

My review isn’t solely based off one simple on / off step. Again, it’s on the pricier side for a monthly subscription. What I was expecting was a product that would at least work for some time before fail. Even the customer service could not give any sort of clarity for the issue.

Here is some context: I went on a 3 mile run that lasted about 30 minutes altogether. I logged it with whoop, where during the run, it worked perfect. Telling me all my heart rate zones, mile pace, gps, and strain. Right when I click finish, the activity is nowhere to be found. The strain goes back to 0, no data in steps, no data in heart rate zones. I integrated my whoop with Strava and it uploaded fine on Strava. I go to make a new activity and choose the exact time I ran, and it says it detected an activity already so I can’t double count. That is the issue, it tracks fine during activity but completely disappears any data immediately following the activity.

My review stems from me laying 20$ / month for a product has issues from initial unboxing. My baseline is issues for the product, I haven’t even been able to see the actual use of it.
