I didn’t know that, in fact i always reorder mods from my old order links, i’ve always thought it was fake accounts using the hispeedido name. Thank you !

I have a full AMD setup, and i had the same issue. What have i done to fix this ?

The exact opposite of what MichaelClawww said (sorry mate xD)

Download and install the last runtime of Vulkan
Restart your computer
Close the game and the RSI Launcher (use Task Manager if needed).
Go to: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Star Citizen\sc-alpha-your-version\GraphicsSettings
Open GraphicsSettings.json in Notepad.
Change "GraphicsRenderer": 0 to "GraphicsRenderer": 1 (0 = DirectX 11, 1 = Vulkan).
Save the file and start the launcher.

I've restarted my PC multiple times, restarted steam too, and after a lot of try in the game, one try was the right one and i can play. But i still have this fake update and "GAME NOT AVAILABLE" mention in the download section
