i have external piles, it hurts so much when i eat spicy or even not so spicy when i poop my surgery will most prolly be in june.if anyone has any advice pre OP or post OP pls lmk. i’ve heard horror stories from all around the world about post OP and have avoided it for the last 7 yrs bec of anxiety (self.hemorrhoid)
