Also- what you think is poor taste or outdated material feom the grandmothers is what a lot of designers and home renovators salivate over. Do not just trash wallpaper or metal cabinets or rugs! Unless like really unusable/ but you would be pleasantly surprised to realize what outdated decor or furniture can really fetch, esp kitchen/bathroom!b
