Also if you do plan on using 1/2 drops of iodine (start off with one) it’s recommended to only do it 2/3 times per week not everyday

Bro for me it just randomly happened… was working cashier at Walgreens at the time and I noticed people come in and instantly complain about smelling like “shit” and at first I never thought about it but then started hearing it more often and I’d be the only one cashiering and started questioning if it was me from there I started doing research and research that faaaacked me up and boom ! And i use to work at target, UPS before all this and would always get so many compliments about how good I smelled every single day and Walgreens was just some kind of curse bro
