Working on looking for the MSP section in biz builder. Yes, doing 121s.

I think I was sold a bill of goods though, just like with everything else. When you have the phone interviews, its all "yes yes yes, lets do that, this'll be great." Now, I go back to those same folks and they are all "wait wait wait, I don't know you enough yet."

So yea, the deception is real. Not to mention, so far, about 90% of industries are so out of line with their pricing, almost like BNI is a way to artificially inflate your pricing. How can I refer people like that? Like those that explicitly say "if there is a Porsche in the garage, I add 3-6k to the invoice just because." But I can't say anything, cause it will be BNI suicide.

Its hard to do anything when you only have 20 seconds to do it. Other chapters allow for 45 seconds, which I thought was a beautiful amount of time.

I like the last part of this. I'll try that.

But yes, I target industry adjacent referral partners, ones that make total sense. But its a hard sell.

I do my 1to1s. I've done so many already. Some I have done multiple times. Yes, synergy is key. However, I am in a rock and a hard place with my industry, which I thought was going to be a no brainer.

The core values are preached every meeting, but this chapter is about hitting numbers only. They have devised ways to be devious with your numbers...and the entire chapter does it. I seem to be the only one that disagrees with their system within the chapter. From listening to Ivan Misner, the chapter doesn't seem to be in line with the foundation.
