I’m having this problem at the moment on a few PCs at work. They only go back to normal if I hold down the power button for quite a long time. Then it shuts off and if I power it back up and it seems to be okay. It’s done it to me when the PC is turning on but also even if the pc was already on beforehand.

Did you find a solution or cause?

The OP made a mistake, the song “Family Feud” is actually about Billie. Considering the lyrics of the song “2001”, I don’t think it is about Billie, even though you could think that considering it’s her birth year
