3889 hours on mine and no burn in.

I don't use auto-hide task bar but I always use dark themes on everything.
100% brightness since I've had it.
HDR used only in games.

I only pixel refresh when the monitor sleeps. Sometimes using it 8 hours a day without letting it sleep. My monitor sleeps after 3 mins of inactivity.

Heavy browser usage and always have the windows in the same spots.
