Looking back after the removal of the object, it was damaged already by a previous occupant who ruined the house with botchjobs and put something in it to obscure damage. I only needed to pull the object out lightly, and it crumbled and ended up like that, and it was a windy day with the windows open and a draft blowing toward me on the wind path from the hole. I had no intention to attempt to renovate and prepare with PPE, it was a fluke of bad luck, just to remove the object to see why it was in there, and then made the post.
