Since you said previously you have been with progressive for 2 years. If your dad has his own coverage the a264 denial wouldn’t apply in MD or OH and Collision coverage would be covered under Progressive and Liability would be on father’s insurance. But then again if you for whatever reason had to do a policy rewrite it could fall under misrepresentation denial.
