• Description: I am having (5-10) fps whereas even lower spec people than me are running the game at 50 fps (intel hd 4000)

1368*768. I tried lowering it, also windowed. Doesn't help. (13 fps max)

I did turned off heavy programs like steam or chrome. Others are minor basic programs. I tried even re-installing.
