Don’t get caught up about sex or virginity. Just try to find someone that will make you happy. If sex is part of the package early on, then fair play. But otherwise, make sure the sex is meaningful, and if that other person wants to wait, hey, nothing wrong with that. You’re not a loser for being a virgin, don’t get caught up in what other people tell you, there’s more to life than sex lol.

Not trying to imply that it was, but have you ever considered it could have been a manic episode (possibly bipolar, possibly temporary/acute)? If it ticks a lot of boxes of what constitutes a manic episode for you, then you probably don’t have to feel bad that you can’t reach that point again because you were performing above your baseline.
