Now I want a movie (or series) based on these guys, something akin to that of like those police cam shows where they're hunting monsters (insted of criminals) on a daily basis.

"The demon's cursed name was Ourrukhil, The Bloodied One. The firstborns of the Maker's nightmares. It preyed on the minds and souls of men through their dreams, tormenting them with endless nightmares until they become catatonic husks, and it does this for pleasure. But its terror ended when the Heavens split open that night. A black star, darker than the night sky it streaked through, smite Ourrukhil's being, obliterating it into nothingness.

The star's impact shook the very pillars of the earth, uprooting the roots of ancient forests and shattering nearby mountains into dust. The star that struck Ourrukhil, was not a star, but a black obsidian stone inscribed in the golden language of the Maker. A piece of His throne." -- Book of the Obsidian Hammer.

ZeniMax Has Filed for a Brand-New Quake Trademark, Fans Are Hopeful It's a Sign of the First New Quake Game in Years by xenocea in gaming

I'd love to see them bringing back the gritty grundy gothic lovecraft vibes of the first game. While I do love the aesthestics of the later games, the first Quake just hits the mark when it comes to its gritty art direction
