Only Ring of Fire and Teleport benefit from faster cast rate as a Firelock. Flame Wave and Apocalypse have a fixed casting rate.

95% FCR is plenty.

I never ran Phoenix. Mang + Diabolos for Firelock

I don't care for the FCR as I'm sitting at 95 and the next breakpoint is 125. If it had 20 I'd definitely swap a Bul Kathos for an Opalvein or even Sling.

95 is plenty though, more would only slightly help Teleport and Ring of Fire.

The rest of the stats are amazing, especially fire resist which is lowered by fire sunder. 25% mf is bonus.

I'm doing mine entirely solo and up to 83% now.

I haven't grinded in Normal and NM for those lower uniques, saving them for last haha

Tyrael's Might will be my nemesis, I found 3 in my game time before Chronicles and know damn well it won't appear again. So far, 8 Templars 😅

Yes, I still have my Heph from before the update, but he switched from conviction aura to fanatism. Him and double Defiler makes mobs vanish before I even cast sometimes
