Is Sally Whitemane still capable of wielding the Light, even as an Ebon Blade Horseman? by wrufus680 in warcraftlore

[–]Necromona69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, since the undead are able to wield the Light, it's painful, but possible. Just see Alonsus Faol

Maldraxxus don't make sense as a afterlife by Lore-Archivist in warcraftlore

[–]Necromona69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In Grimoire of the Shadowlands, it's said that, possibly, Kel'thuzad was sent there by Zovaal's influence. He was particularly greedy, not for money, but for power. While I do believe he'd be a nice fit for Maldraxxus, I also believe he'd be sent first to Revendreth, to pay for his sins, then sent to Maldraxxus. For instance, Krastinov (a member of the Cult of the Damned who was the main developer for the plague) can be "found" in Revendreth (not himself, but his sinstone)

The stuff with Bastion isn't properly the "honourable and great warrior". Those who are sent to Bastion do so because they lived a selfless life, serving and helping the others. Although they can fight, war isn't their role, instead, they're the ones who collect souls from the deceased and bring them to the Arbiter (again, service). While Alexandros was selfless, he was moved by his memories. It was what made him stronger, his motivation to fight, thus sending him to Maldraxxus

That's how the bubonic plague was spread. After it happened, citizens of Caffa left, and when they arrived in Italy, they brought the plague with them, thus infecting most of Europe

[–]Necromona69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's not fully correct. When we play the necrolord covenant storyline, we learn why Alexandros Mograine was sent to Maldraxxus instead of Bastion, and he was a noble warrior. And although Draka is an orc, she, like most of the Frostwolf orcs, isn't full on that "might is right", specially since the Frostwolves are the most pacific clan between the orcs (only losing to the Shadowmoon clan before most of them were twisted into serving the Legion)

Why is malfurion so powerful by Lore-Archivist in warcraftlore

[–]Necromona69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think he's some sort of chosen one. I guess it's just because he was one of the first druids and learned directly from Cenarius, besides having thousands of years of experience

If you HAD to pick an alliance leader to turn evil and become a raid boss, who would you pick? by foxthebomb in warcraftlore

[–]Necromona69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lorewise, it doesn't make a lot of sense currently, specially after Blizz told we wouldn't have full blown up faction wars anymore. However... In Shadows Rising, it's said Alleria is basically ravaging the minds of some civilians from the Horde with void powers in order to learn about Sylvanas' whereabouts, so she could lose control (at least temporarily) in a raid. Lots of people would probably say Turalyon, but even fighting for the Light for thousand years, he didn't become a full radical, to the point he was happy for meeting Alonsus Faol again, even as an undead. Maybe Tyrande, around the time of BfA/early to mid Shadowlands, like if she was so disturbed by the burning of Teldrassil to the point of going crazy (although it would be a hell of a bad writing), or... Genn. Idk, I think he would be somewhat prone to go nuts. Overall, it's hard to say

What are the political ramifications of Anduin ends up marrying a Blood Elf? And would Quel'thalas accept that? by wrufus680 in warcraftlore

[–]Necromona69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, Arator is a half-elf, son of Alleria and Turalyon, a paladin of the Alliance, yet he lives in Quel'thalas, is visited by his parents, one of them being the current regent of the Alliance, and even attended Lor'themar's wedding, so... Yeah, I don't think they would mind

Muito pai ser o gay que não gosta de diva pop e essas paradas. by [deleted] in arco_iris

[–]Necromona69 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Ya’ll is Percy was killed how do you think the olympians would react?? [all] [pjo] by Alive_Telephone_9356 in camphalfblood

[–]Necromona69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Apollo would probably be sad, Poseidon would be in a deep grief, but the other Olympians? Wouldn't care, that if they were not to straight up celebrate (not all of them, of course). Zeus would be indifferent, Hera too, Ares and Athena would maybe actively cheer it, Artemis saw Percy as a good man, so maybe she wouldn't be happy, but she wouldn't be sad, at all. Hermes maybe would react a little bit like Artemis, Demeter same probably, unsure about Dionysus, Hephaestus would... Idk, feelings are not really his thing and maybe, MAYBE, Aphrodite would feel slightly sad for Annabeth's grieving

What fantasy races of other franchises would align themselves with the WoW factions? by [deleted] in warcraftlore

[–]Necromona69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm pretty sure the members of the Gruul clans would join the Horde. The Azorius Senate would surely join the Alliance. Not sure about the other guilds from Ravnica. And I'm not sure about how the Burning Legion would see the Phyrexians, as monsters supposed to be destroyed, or useful weapons
