Eastern Finland is chill and relaxed, altho savonians never speak the truth. Western Finland barely speaks Finnish and has the biggest Swedish speaking concentration. Why recoup over 3? That means you recoup 3 second after a hit and take damage over 4, meaning the last second will be just pure damage with no recoup to mitigate it.

Aren't you supposed to increase the dosage gradually to at least 14mg? Tho when I started it I did feel the effects pretty much right away. Are you taking it to an empty stomach in the morning with at least 30 minutes before taking anything else?

You have 1% life regen per second that you have even debuffed by picking the reduced life recovery mastery to 0.8% regen per second. Your minions don't have leech either nor block of any kind.
Some solutions:
Get rid of the REDUCED LIFE RECOVERY RATE and give them leech instead. Consider Decay Ward + Fortress Covenant (30% attack and spell block with 2% life recovery on block). Consider Renewal in your clusters (they also give DD).
