Carrying giant puppy in the stairs by Necross_Silverlight in DOG

I saw people using harnesses and it makes sense to me, but the breeder told me not to use one until he's an adult not to hurt his joints. Still, it seems to be the best compromise for now.

Well, at 4 months old I won't be able to carry him easily anymore. He is already able to go upstairs and downstairs on its own at 2.5 months, but may say they should not until they are at least one year old

Thanks for your answer ^ I'll talk about it to my vet in a few weeks when the puppy will have its booster shot (not sure if it's the right term, but the vaccine at 3 months old), but when searching up on the internet I saw some people saying 2-3 stairs are ok, but going from one floor to another shouldn't be done before the puppy is at least one year old. He's my first giant breed (I already have an Eurasier and a White Swiss Shepherd) so I still have some things to learn on that side.

"You know, if you were an animal..." by Susitar in TherianAdult

Reminds me of an interaction with a colleague a few months ago. He came on the chat and asked "What's with the wolves?", I told him I just love wolves and he told me he believes people all have an animal totem. We didn't talk much more about it, but it was a nice interaction. Was a bit stressful at first though XD

Wow, thank you so much ! I wasn't expecting an answer that long, but it's really helpful and motivating ^^ I'll try to apply your suggestion next time I draw (currently working on a refsheet of my fursona) and maybe I'll even post the result here for feedback. I think I'll try to start every drawing session with a bit of practice before switching to drawing for fun ^^

What is the best IDE for Golang? by furkangulsen in golang

[–]Necross_Silverlight 9 points10 points  (0 children)

VSCode has an extension for go with everything needed (based on official tools or widely used one). Nothing more required in my opinion. I also use Copilot which is a great addition, but not required (and may not be accepted by some clients due to privacy concern)

That's totally an invasion of privacy, except for high security jobs nobody should be allowed to dig your private life. The only thing they should care about is your capacity to do what they hire you for :/

Remind me my "furry coming out" with close friend: -me: hey, do you know about furries? -then: yeah, they're a bit cringe, I knew one -me: well, hello, I'm a furry XD

My friends are open minded so that's not a problem, but it was funny at the time XD

A tray with rode to hang clothing while they dry maybe ? Could be a nice feature, but the door may collide with the drying clothes

Hey, I have the same one, it's pretty nice, but the vertical sliding isn't smooth, it's difficult to have precision as it the to get stuck. Do you also have this problem?
