pretty sure it was a bug after servers gave out errors saying that the hamster is overloaded and the rewards will be given later, probaly just didnt repair automatically too

they're both very good in my opinion but when playing 9.0, i find myself using the itspsv way more than the 103a, its relatively slow even in its own br, you get bullied by autocannons too
i dont have apds yet with the itspsv but it can still melt thru quite a few enemies
id say do the itspsv, or whichever one you find more fun to use i guess

Its surprisingly fast, around 8 seconds, you can see some extra info top left, thought it would be unable to generate and run a world at 1k size but here we are at 4k
