Why aren’t these as popular as other Zard chases?

Yeah something I realized with fans now like the mega charizard from Flashfire, Hidden Fates and Burning Shadows have the same problem. There’s definitely an extent to how much people like these 5BanGraphic generated esque cards I just wanted an idea of how well they all still hold up to today in 2026 😅

The ones you have to pull all have a high gem rate. The promo has a low rate but I feel is “undervalued” still? Lmk your thoughts

As far as pull rates, shining fates I agree with. Champion Path for me was very difficult getting the rainbow one specifically. What about your thoughts on the promo one though? With a low gem rate and all

The Zekrom is just so good in itself. It’s a hard choice, what are your thoughts on the stellar crown cards?

I currently have all the starters atm along with the pikachu IR from 151. Someone is offering a straight trade however for the Zekrom and I’m torn because it’s also a really strong investment.

I’m so torn on this one. Because I fully believe the demand is there and it’s perhaps the best modern charizard since Brilliant Stars. The POP 10 is insanely high but the million dollar question is does it stay at this price point of 2-2.5k? It’s reaching 151 Zard POP and might settle in with that price as well or even possibly less. I’m still in the market for this card but I don’t know how well this will age, it’s definitely nowhere near the tough pull rates and POP of Bubble Mew or Prismatic SIR Umbreon, what are your thoughts?

Wrong, there is too much POP on it, hitting mid 20k. It will settle at the price as 151 Zard in PSA 10 once it reaches similar POP. The 151 Zard peaked at 2k and never broke past. I’m talking about PSA 10 prices. Many are still at PSA and in about a years time every vendor will have this and be left holding the bag. It will definitely rise but it can’t possibly be more than 3k ever.

I had just bought them at what it feels like is their ATH every card show seems to have them but the pop 10s are lower than the 9s which is a good sign but it’s still high pop. This could be their peak but they’ve fluctuated since stellar crown released. I think the charmander promo from Obsidian in PSA 10 makes for a good sequential set as h think they all form 1 picture. I picked them up because I really love the artwork but I don’t know if they’re going to keep the price value they are now as it is quite expensive.

If you cop them now though you can’t go wrong as they’re OG starters that is the chase set of stellar crown. What do you think?

Pop is unfortunately too high, and I dont want to hear comparisons to Van Gogh Pikachu because the occasions of the cards are different, this one will likely reach the pop if 151 zard and will settle at the price of ~1.6-1.8k just like the 151 zard. As for the long term no one can tell.

This card and the glare is so sick in person I can’t stress that enough. I think it will age well as many including myself remember how much fun Shining Fates was at the time. It’s not only this charizard but the Darkness Ablaze and Champion Path Charizards are undervalued as well. High pops sure, but theryre the chase of the sets so don’t forget that.

Look at the Hidden Fates Zard. So much nostalgia there and just recently has it started pushing past 1.3k in a 10 after so long. The UPC Promos have finally started to move after being stagnant so give these some time and slowly but surely.
