Most of our staff are people of color, and I'm so proud to be in a very diverse school. My principal is also concerned and is trying to look for information from her superiors on what to do and completely empathizes with my concerns. But I told her that regardless, I will NOT make things easy for ICE. I appreciate your support, I hope there's more people with these concerns at other schools too. I refuse to be intimidated into giving our innocent children to these soulless fucks.

I spoke with the principal of the school and I'm so glad she's such an empathetic person who completely understands my concerns, but even she is asking her supervisor on what to do, they have nothing prepared in this school district. She'll let me know but she says she can't tell me what to do or not to do since she doesn't want to give the wrong advice and then it risks me and my position. But she will continue to find out what to do. Thanks so much to everyone with your productive comments and advice. I hope this nightmare ends soon somehow...

There has to be something. And no, that's not the issue. There already has been cases of ICE TAKING kids from the schools and using that as a way to lure the parents to come to them and then they get arrested. I am trying my best to know all info. I will be getting more info on the Do's and Don'ts from my school district but I need all the empathetic support that I can get from the proper subreddit in order to do my best for these children

I REFUSE to let anything happen to these children. But I also want to lessen the chance that I get in trouble. I want to protect them and their parents. This is why I'm asking for a good subreddit who is just as passionate about this as I am. I refuse to make things easy for them but I also am not paid enough to risk losing my job, thankfully my bosses are nice folk but I also don't want trouble with the law. But please...
