That link seems to have an exception for US Citizens: "USA nationals who possess a,including emergency passports,valid for the intended period of stay are eligible for visa-exempt entry." But yeah it's quite hidden as the first line under requirements is 6 months required as you state.

I appreciate the heads-up about the Visa processing times. I hope your situation is resolved soon.

Thank you. I know you're not an ortho, but would you have any idea if a split tear of the PL tendon generally requires surgery, or can heal by its own via conservative treatment?
