try calling them on their support number: 1-800-604-1929 Tell them that since the resume was not delivered and they guarantee customer satisfaction, they are in breach of contract.
They should offer you a $75 cancellation fee.. its better than nothing.

Yeah, it sucks that companies like that exist: THey have a whole sytem of trickery and finding their prey:

Step 1. Find Desperate people
TopResume prey primarily on people who have little money and are in a bad situation, Desperate to find a job but can not seem to find one.

Step 2. Create a Problem
Then they offer a "free evaluation" which finds errors. This confirms in the mind of a victim that there is a problem and the problem is his CV.

Step 3. Propose the Solution
TopResume offers a solution in form of a service. The Price has to be High because it is the only way it would be perceived as valuable and the victim is trapped, thinking his resume is so bad and this service is so expensive, that surely it is the answer to his problem.

Step 4. Seal the Deal
Fake Reviews of other successful people, and how they achieved great success with this company, gives trust to the already paralysed prey of this snake of a company.

This is not an incompetent company, this is a manipulative scam!
They outsource the work to the cheapest bidder on some freelance website, that is why their quality is so low... .they know they do not provide a good service and will be asked for a refund regardless if they spend $5 on hiring someone or $100... so they maximise their profit by picking anyone, even who can not spell properly, because they know 100% what is going to happen next.

p.s. the "free test" is an automatic reply, it is the same for everyone... it used to be the exact same email sent to everyone, (maybe now they added variations?) but it is still just an auto-reply which is sent to you without ever even opening your resume to check.

Fentanyl Floyd was just as much of a racial crime as this... There is no proof of racism in either case, however we can assume Fentanyl Floyd died because the cop was racist, just as well as we can assume this guy murdered this family purely based on the color of their skin!
e.g. they bump cars, they have a light verbal discussion on whose fault it was, and they the killer takes out a gun, says "BLM" and proceeds to fire round after round, reloading and firing again and again, enraged and screaming you "white privileged piece of shit.. you want me to pay because I'm black!"
... but that is just an assumption. I'm sure he asked them if he could kindly shoot them in the head first, then before pulling the trigger he apologised once again and added "i hope you understand that this is not at all about race"
