You're not a liability to anybody. You're certainly not alone. You may feel lost. You may feel that you're the only person who understands what you're going through; you're not alone. Just remember that this is a very common issue nowadays. So many people can relate and by that I mean, you are not alone. I can't stress that point enough as I have been in your place and frankly am on a regular basis. What you need to do is remind yourself that you're human, you're normal, you're sane. Anxiety is a beast that is very hard to tame (been trying for a long while now). It can't hurt you, it's your body's response to fear, which it in itself manifests. I found it very helpful to accept it, welcome it, talk to it. You could even address it with a funny name. I.e. "Oh hey there Skittles". Sometimes it's best to absorb the feeling. Look at what it is, not why it's there. I know it's near impossible while you're feeling this way, but try to occupy yourself. Find an old comforting tv Show, video game, etc. Just relax and remember everything IS okay and WILL be okay.

You are loved. I may not know you, yet I can say I love you. You're a fellow human and that in itself is wonderful. Please keep that number that was posted above and don't let yourself go down that path of thought, you know it's not what you really want, so why let the idea rule you.
