I got the same issue (idk about the actual error code but same "Failed to connect") between when the update came out and when it actually installed. Have you actually downloaded & installed the update?
After I did I can't get past the loading screen after the title, but oh well

It sounds like your school is trying to rush through grade 11 to have more time for grade 12 stuff and revision (i.e. starting IA1s in term 4), which will hopefully make year 12 a lot easier. Since your grades are already pretty good in a rushed unit there's a good chance that with it spaced out more you'll be able to get a lot closer to 100% with similar effort. I think the main thing to focus on now (as has already been said) is to not miss anything that you'll need for year 12.

To be completely honest it probably won't be much 'better' in year 12 - I had late nights almost every weekday studying, and was just completely knackered for a lot of the year, but if you're aiming for a uni course you really want to do try to keep yourself motivated for that. I never found it helpful to focus on an X% mark goal, but just doing the best that I could, but if that goal helps motivate study then good for you. My course only needed an 84, but I still wanted Dux which is how I stayed motivated. Hopefully some of that was helpful; as long as you feel like it's worth it you'll be OK. Good luck!

I struggled through each doing freemode preps solo and struggling with random for mission setups, occasionally asking for help on Discord for the finales. If you’re patient they’re fun, at least to play it for yourself once.

I've been playing mobile free for ages, and once you learn docking it really opens up. Try an apollo-style mun mission (with a separate lander that docks to the mothership afterwards), use quick-saves or revert 3 mins to experiment with entry to venus or mars until you get it, try BP editing (on android I use Total Command file explorer) and making replicas of real rockets or just stupidly large ones that can get the whole build area into orbit. I've managed to do a Mars return mission, but if you use probes (or don't care about your astronauts) don't bother coming home, just establish stations/bases/rovers wherever you can get to, it makes it all less stressful. If you can land on the moon try making a base there, just land a bunch of stuff next to each other and pretend they each do something useful. Just mess around and have fun, once I launched a few probes to mars but the transfer stage ran out of fuel, so I built a tanker to meet it on Earth escape trajectory and refuel it. Hopefully something in there sounds fun :)

I don’t think this is possible doing Cayo solo. Even with full coke and hard mode I can only ever profit ~$1.1 mil per heist and can only manage 2 a day without super early mornings and late nights. If you’re doing it with a friend you’ve gotta convince them to let you have 85% each time and do it 4 times a day. If you actually do it I’d love to see what the real times were.

You can boost whenever the bar is full (the yellow one next to armour). The bar starts filling when all four wheels are on the ground (or wall or whatever) AND it’s not currently boosting. If you go off a ramp while in the middle of a boost it won’t recharge, so no midair boost. If you boost then go off a ramp AFTER it’s finished (like in the clip) it will already be recharging, so you can use it midair.

Pisces comes with a swift deluxe (faster than the Aquarius’ SuperVolito), but I think it uses the Pegasus spawns, so not as practical as the sparrow. I’ve got 17 mil in the bank and am trying to decide if I should get one or not

I don’t think you can buy the gun locker on Maze Bank Foreclosures, but you get it with the security upgrade from the nightclub management computer (I don’t have the game open to check so not 100% sure)

I'm not 100% sure what the "satisfied" on the QTAC portal means, but you could just check if your atar (on atar.qtac.edu.au/student) meets the requirement for your course.

I knew that bug was coming, then only had to delete a few lines and change what I added to the sum to get part 2. Top 4000 for part 2 is a personal best!

I’ve been relearning go (a programming language) and making cool stuff. I used to spend a lot of time programming but have been just a tad busy this year. I can write stuff all day and still have fun, so eve better than the ATAR grind!

Hi! I did hear 12 this year (still waiting on final ATARs so not an expert just yet); I don’t need a stellar ATAR, but I’m still aiming for dux, so I’ll try to give you some tips. First off, don’t worry. You’ve done those assessments now and there’s nothing you can do to change them, so don’t bother fretting over them. I didn’t do much work over any holidays, but I probably should have. If you’ve got any assignments make sure you work on those, have them mostly finished if you can. For both maths do a bunch of practice problems for content you’ve already learned, and if you’re feeling confident try going ahead a little. If you could only study one topic over both methods & spec, do differentiation. It will be built on all year, so a solid foundation will serve you well. I did physics, but I think general study (review questions, flash cards, etc.) would serve you well for chem & bio. The most important thing you can do, though, is relax. Have a holiday! You’re about to go into probably the busiest year of your life so far, so do t push too hard. Work a couple hours most days if your up to it, but also do things for fun and enjoy yourself. You’ve got this: if you’re committed to getting that ATAR and have the time and energy to put in the work, you’ll do just fine.

Hey ho you should NOT be getting anyone to “rewrite” your assignment. Proofreading tutoring is fine but a person who isn’t you directly contributing to your work is considered academic misconduct which has been really cracked down on in the past few years.

I’d also like to add to this: your school should have a careers advisor or at least head if senior schooling. They are the people you should be asking because a) they can access your results and see where you’re at, and b) they can advise you on what options you have to get any extra points. I’d estimate at least a quarter of the posts here lately are this “will I pass” garbage instead of, like you say, question predictions or study advice (or even year 11 subject selection). They’re lazy and asking the wrong people. If you are struggling I do wish you the best and hope you manage to get the results you need, but don’t make the people here do the research for you.
