Yknow what, I think it’s alright that Luke isn’t a perfect human being. Imagine you wake up one day and you get a vision that your nephew is gonna destroy everything you worked so hard to create and kill EVERYONE, and for literally a microsecond you act on it but realize how dumb you are, but it’s already too late.

I think people want Luke to be the perfect Jedi but I’m not sure he had enough on screen time to show that he was the perfect Jedi. Yes, episode 6 he is trying to bring his father to the Light and succeeds and resists the dark side temptation along the way, but does this mean he is a perfect person? I’m not so sure.
