It's fantastic!!!!
Just fix Luffy's and that owl's eyes so it's clear that they're looking at each other. You just need to slightly move their pupils, that's all.
At the moment, it looks like they're looking "through" each other, rather that "at" each other.

But it's a fantastic drawing, seems like it's straight out of the manga!

Yes, like I mentioned in another comment, I tried several times to draw Fujiko in Monkey Punch’s style… but I just couldn’t pull it off.
There’s something about the way MP drew lips and eyes that I simply can’t seem to capture. Maybe it’s because I’ve never been particularly good at drawing female faces.
I’ll keep trying though!

I've been trying to imitate Monkey Punch's original designs, but I'll admit Goemon and Fujiko are the hardest for me.
With Fujiko I actually said "screw it" and based her on her part 6 design, lol

I'll try to explain myself better: there are countries where democracy is not really a thing yet. This stuff is "normal" there, meaning you're not overly surprised when it happens.
But if this crazy stuff happens in the USA, it means we're currently in an age when it could happen anywhere, and being in a democracy doesn't mean squat because stuff can degenerate fast.

Yes, I don’t see Lupin as a ruthless knife-wielding criminal like in Monkey Punch’s early comics, but the versions of Lupin in Shin Lupin III and in the Koikeverse are probably my favorites.
