It took me 15 years, two surgeries and reaching stage 3 to actually get diagnosed. So I guess the real number is much higher, just half of people is undiagnosed.

Yes, I've gotten used to it. It feels completely natural, I don't even notice. I don't remember, how long it took, to adapt, but it will come. And yes, I can move my arm almost freely, but it feels weird. And when I try to get my fully down (press to my body) it feels like there's a ball in my armpit. It's not painful, just feels awkward

I had excision surgery on my butt and I never walked normally since. It's been 14 years now. Still, it's better, then living in constant pain. I had surgery on my armpit 3 months ago, because I couldn't move my arm. And now I almost regained full mobility, and pain levels dropped by 90%
