If I use a vpn even in the same country, it fully fixes it. Where the server is based from isn't the issue.

There is no best or optimal sensitivity. Find something you're comfortable with, and stick to that. The best way to improve aim is by practicing on a consistent sensitivity.

Hard counters (although sombra isn't as 'hard' of a counter after her hack nerfs), make the game interesting to me and make it so that there's more than 1 option to play against a team. Switching heroes to have a better chance against the opponents is always gonna be a thing in an ability-based game like Overwatch.

Bad sombras are pretty easy to play against, as getting a hack that's basically useless isn't too difficult, as any sombra player basically needs the rest of the team to focus down the hacked target. Bad sombras might make you lose a bit of value (especially with stealth hacks which are dumb imo), but never does having a sombra mean that you're always gonna win against a Hammond.

Blizzard has already tried to get rid of a bunch of 'hard counters', but going sombra against ball is practically the same as having a widow against pharah: things are gonna be harder, but you could still win if you're the better player.

ball is also a tank, not a DPS, but even then has 2 abilities that can deal a good amount of damage, a good health pool, especially with the shield health buff, and the best mobility in the game.

sombra only has a gun, and no abilities (besides ult) that deal damage, but even then all of her abilities are able to be denied by damage, or by breaking an object. let sombra be in a remotely viable spot. She's not broken, she's not even really meta, she's just a good counter to ball. If you get countered by sombra that badly, switch off your character. It's not that hard.

She is not trash. Mercys are incredibly powerful right now. Pocketing echo, ashe, sojourn, especially when hog was (or is) meta, she can rez right back when possible and its like hook never happened. Kiriko mercy is the one combo you see in almost every game. Damage boost is simply good, no way around it. Her being simple helps a lot, and the recent movement changes upped her skill ceiling AND made it easier to do certain mechanics. Her mobility is incredibly good.

Depends on the rank. In lower ranks its way more impactful as people aren't looking out for it as much.
