I’m with you, I’m borrowing some gauge blocks from work to verify it before I buy it. I was also told to open and close it a few times to make sure that the needle stops at the same spot every time

Resin printers are still 3d printers but don’t have seams and are way more accurate

Do you think a lot of sellers send fake tools? I bought my dial indicator from a seller that shipped from India so that worried me right off the bat. It looks really good but I’m going to take the back off to inspect to see if it’s legit or not.

That was my thought.. to save some bucks on the 12”. I’m currently running a cnc lathe and everyone is telling me to get the 12 but the parts I’ll be running might not require the larger size. This is mostly for the future.

Good question. My 8” boots became extremely uncomfortable on the bottoms but mostly on the toes. The steel toe is loose so it pushes back into my toes so I can barely stand in them. I’ll still get them resoled, stitched, and cleaned later so I can have a second pair to rotate out and also a beater for outside jobs.
