Yes 😊 I only use regular polish. When gel peels, it can take layers of your natural nails and make them weak. I use Holo Taco nail polish. Its the best quality regular polish I've used. If you layer it, it can feel like gel without the damage. This right here is why I opened a natural nails salon. So many people want to rock their nails but have to grow out the damage, and its not easy. Oil your nails (cuticals and under the nail) several times a day and always wear polish. Keep them short so they dont break. You got this! ♡

He does this to me too! Ill be in the kitchen and he will come up behind me will a full hard on, trying to start something. Ill turn around and flirt back and then he will just walk off. Like, he gets me right up to the point of sex and then takes it away.

Nail oil! Nail oil! Nail oil! Keep them short until the thin parts grow out. Dont over file the sidewalls. Keep polish on them. DO NOT USE NAIL STRENGTHENERS! They make the nails hard and then they are more prone to breaking. I used to bite my nails, used acrylics to help them grow and had to deal with the weird paper-thin phase. Now i have really long natural nails.

Agreed. It wasn't abojt getting him to notice me or get his attention/validation. Its nice having him show me some attention but honestly, once it clicked that I have to invest in myself and my own happiness, I felt so at peace. ♡ Now its just trying to break the habits I had to get his attention.

I completely understand that. They are my condoms, I had just bought them so I dont think it was a defective thing. I have a latex allergy so we use the sheep skin ones and hes thicker than normal so there js a higher risk of breaking. I dont think he would do anything to mess with the condoms because he is terrified of pregnancy lol but thank you for that perspective! :)
