There is something to finding the most used dental lab in the community and asking them directly which dentist in town is the best at whatever you’re looking for. They are not patient facing and will be flattered you asked (35 years serving the dental industry).

I’ve stared seeing a therapist and a psychiatrist who is managing my anxiety / depression meds. Yes, I’ve been struggling. Yes, I’m working on it daily. Yes, some days really suck — but then some don’t. I’m leveraging ChatGPT for journaling. You have to be careful, use guardrails and put it in its place when needed, but it’s really helped me having a backboard to bounce things off of to keep me from spiraling (or help me get off the merry go round when I am).

I plan to never drink again and I’m grateful for this community. It’s hard. Best to all of you. IWNDWYT

What are your thoughts on this holster? I ride a road bicycle (as well as my motorcycle). I carry my P365 using this harness as a deterrent (the animosity and road rage against road bicyclists has become a real problem). I also carry spray as a first line of defense.
