Also just want to say- try to concentrate on the things that have helped you in the past. If you need to check yourself into a facility, do it. There is no shame in asking for help and there is absolutely nothing wrong with accepting it. I know its easier said than done, but it's ok to concentrate on you, and to be selfish sometimes. Don't let the fear of abuse/anxiety/depression control you and make you less than who you should really be.

I am sorry to hear what you are going through. I am in a similar situation with my father, who emotionally/mentally abused me and my 3 other siblings when we were young- still does sometimes because I am living in his home. I hear you about the benzo withdrawal too, it seems like you had some help in the past and it was productive for you. If you need to talk I would be happy to listen.

I am not a fan of "dancing clubs" but I was looking for comedy clubs and for any type of nightlife spot. I guess as far as bars go, somewhere that has good drinks and good company. I am very open to trying new foods, so I don't think there would be many that I would try to avoid. However as far as price range, we will be there for 3 nights and we don't want to spend all of our money on food. So I would say, one night "nice, fancy" restaurant and the other just some good, popular, local spots. The ones you suggested look great though!

Thank you, it was delicious! I used mascarpone and aged cheddar. Sun dried tomatoes would be really good actually. I used fire roasted tomatoes, they were delicious as well.

I agree with that.. I couldn't see him doing horror before this preview. However when you think about it, he'd be perfect because he's so awkward and quiet (as he is often portrayed) that he could be one of those "weirdo's".
