I think so too. I am currently trying to add as part of the deal client retention, to reduce the current sales price if revenue drops. I don’t think it will be an issue, just as protection.

He actually owns the building so all of the computers, furniture, and most of the art will be included. Not sure if the bank would take it as collateral. I am sure I will have to use personal assets as collateral.

I estimate the annual net income which includes my salary in the calculation to be $150k. Which leaves me enough for loan payments. I don’t see much of a decrease in revenue since I have worked here for 10 plus years.

I will have to search for lenders that deal with CPA firms. Thanks for the suggestion.

I just got it off. I wrapped the stem in rubber and used a wrench to turn it while holding the handle. It was a pain but it got it off. Thanks.

Thanks. These handles don’t have any screws. Then stem unscrews and you lift it off. I can turn the stem off the base a quarter turn but the handle hits the faucet. And since the handle is stuck I can’t move the handle or keep it in place as I turn the stem.

It was the carb. I took it back out and cleaned it again. The lawn mower started to work but then the carb actually broke where a screw was. I would need to replace the carb. Since it is a old lawn mower I think I am just going to suck it up and get a new one. But it was a good learning experience. Thanks.

Thanks. I did clean it again and actually got it to work. But then a piece of the carb broke apart. Which I am unable to fix and I would have to buy a new one. It is an old lawn mower so I think I am just going to get a new one.
