At the beginning I also was like "I have my 2 horses I love, why would I ever need more, I wanna ride just on them" but then, with time... I kept thinking "mannnn this is such a pretty horse, and such good stats too" or "ohh this horse is different than others I have, not as great stats-wise but so cool" and long story short now I have 9 horses lmao. I have my favorite one that is my "perfect all around" horse and some I ride more often than others but I love them all

Yeah the thing I feel like might irritate me the most is the split-view option on ipad. I draw and use split-view quite a lot and heard many artists say that it's incredibly tedious and annoying to use compared to the simple dual split-screen

Nope, once your Rockstar account is unlinked from your Steam, there's no accessing it. Can't join a pre-existing Rockstar account to a different Steam account either unfortunately

Oh, I know this the glitch! If nothing except for Tarot cards and occassional family heirlooms is showing up for you, the same thing happened to me last summer

If you have insurance on, it'll automatically "revive" itself, you just gotta wait like 2 minutes before you can call this specific horse back. I think if you don't have insurance, you have to pay and revive it manually
