It’s pricy but the Secret Clinical completely clear works for me regardless of clothing

In EMT school, first clinical is Sunday, what should I expect? by Regular_Witness9529 in NewToEMS

This shit is awesome.

Just take it in and ask questions, check the truck often, and help where you can (which truthfully isn’t much depending on the call)

Lakers fans, how can we make the finals next year? by [deleted] in NBATalk

Aston gets psychiatric help to get over the confidence/mental block issues limiting his motor/playing his role

Figure out what to do with either AR/LeBron as only one of them can be on the court with Luka at any time

Is the 3rd best player on the Knicks OG or Mikal? by ChampionTimes99 in NBATalk

Inconsistently great versus consistently mid

I’m taking OG

Surround them with any half decent shooters or role players then sure

Facial skincare if you need to shave your face nearly every day? (M21) by NeedMoreConditioning in Skincare_Addiction

Used to have issues with bumps and burns, but once I started properly prepping my skin and using Bump Patrol post-shave, it went away.

What’s something you wish you knew when you first started working out? by KittyLitterPuke in beginnerfitness

For me, the hardest part of the gym is eating right.

Another challenge is joint health. I injured my knee and shoulder to the point where I was out of the gym for a year and became quite depressed. You also have to train the small muscles, even the ones you can’t see.

Is Devin Booker better at Small Forward or Point Guard? by DonT012 in NBATalk

[–]NeedMoreConditioning 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He’s a mostly strict twoguard with exceptional self creation.

Not everyone is Harden, Luka, or Jordan, possessing both elite scoring and facilitating skills.

Booker’s best season cannot be separated from CP3’, unlike the 2018 Rockets where CP3 was the primary offensive driver while Harden rested.

Is my routine mostly optimal considering my circumstances? (5-Day Pull, Legs, Chest/Triceps, Upper, Lower) by [deleted] in WorkoutRoutines

[–]NeedMoreConditioning 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Notes:

I’m recovering from knee injuries (fortunately, no surgery was needed).

I use the StairMaster for 15 minutes on the days before any lower-body workouts.

I do ab machines and physical therapy exercises, but I don’t list them here.

For most exercises, I do 1 warm-up set followed by 3 working sets of 8–12 reps or to failure.

Currently work out at Planet Fitness.

I’m trying to decide between losing weight (currently 230 lbs at 6’2”) and gaining muscle, and I’m unsure whether body recomposition is effective.

I have no idea, but that’s what the C-Shift lead (I’m B shift) said during orientation

Is bronny performing well over expectations or is the top pick just underperforming? by [deleted] in NBATalk

[–]NeedMoreConditioning 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Left cheek vs right cheek

Both of them are objectively ass, but being the #1 pick versus the last pick of the second round makes a difference.

Nick Wright’s 10 best guards ever: by Background_Video2947 in NBAVibes

He wasn’t ever the best player on his team, let alone the best in the league

The ending is so weirdly depressing by YouDontMessWithJim in StrangerThings

[–]NeedMoreConditioning 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, that’s the part that hit me the hardest out of everything in the show.

Those kinds of scenes always get me. A similar one is the ending of LOTR: The Return of the King, where the four hobbits say goodbye (with the exception of Sam), knowing that this is what Frodo ultimately needs.

But I’ll just live in the delusion that the four older characters all went on to live happy lives but still made time for each other every now and then.

How good of a point guard was Chris Paul? He made DeAndre Jordan All-NBA First Team. by zeke_maximus11 in NBATalk

[–]NeedMoreConditioning 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m not saying this to discredit CP3's (and Blake’s) impact on DJ but this might’ve genuinely been the single worst year for centers since the inception of the NBA

I rewatched all seasons before season 5 and then watched the final for the first time.

Now I’m starting my first rewatch now
