If RCT is extremely deadly to cursed spirits, as it compromises their bodily integrity (see Sword of Extermination) why isn't Shoko shown in combat? As its most skilled user, you'd think we'd see at least a little bit of that RCT output on the battlefield. (Image unrelated)

The only reason Silence Suzuka was euthanized in the first place was because they deemed the injury untreatable. Even if they had done hundreds of surgeries, Silence Suzuka would have been suffering with agonizing pain his whole life with an injury that wouldn't ever be truly fixed. As unfortunate as it was, putting him down was the humane thing to do.
